The main aim of the Youth Offending Service is to prevent offending by children and young people. We mainly work with young people between the ages of 10 and 17 years old.

A specialist counselling service which is easily accessible for young people aged 11 to 25 years in Herefordshire who are disadvantaged because of emotional, psychological or behavioural difficulties. Early intervention can prevent individuals developing more serious mental health problems in the future. Rural services operate in Ledbury, Bromyard, Ross on Wye, Leominster and Kingstone.
